Ectasy is a chemical/drug that is called methylenedioxymethamphetamine or MDMA that is commonly taken by teenagers and young adults. When taken, MDMA can result in heart failure and brain damage. Although it can lead to death, ecstasy is taken for its relaxation feeling and for its cheap cost. All around the world, having MDMA in possession is declared illegal by most countries; buying and distributing ecstasy is also deemed illegal by governments worldwide.
